Clean Hands Protect Against Infection

Clean your hands regularly
Wash your hands with soap and water, and dry them thoroughly.
Use alcohol-based handrub if you don’t have immediate access to soap and water.
Washing your hands properly takes about as long as singing "Happy Birthday" twice, using the images on the left.

While staying in, keep in mind:

Watch your utility bills & data usage
Stand up, take breaks, and remember to stretch
Try to hangout with friends via video chats
Play games or board games with your online or using video chat
Keep your desk clean
Get dressed as if you were heading out
